His Grace, Bishop PJ Edmund, Sr., serves as the Presiding Prelate for Pneuma Fellowship of Covenant Partners, Pastors, Leaders and Churches of the Apostolic Faith, Inc., and the General Secretary for the International Board of Bishops of the Bethel United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic), with territories in the United Kingdom and Europe, the United States and Africa, Jamaica and the West Indies and Canada and its provinces. With a passion and distinct energy for Leadership Development, Church Evangelism Planting and Church Management and Administration, Bishop PJ services with integrity.
The Lord established Pneuma Fellowship in the Year of Our Lord 2009 as a haven for leaders and pastors of largely independent churches seeking covenant and spiritual covering with compliance of an accountability relationship. Timbrel Church International in Largo, Maryland became the inaugural church within the Fellowship and serves as the Headquarters of the movement.
Bishop PJ was born on October 6th, 1963 in Bristol, England. He is one of six children born to the late Bishop Gerald and Bishop Sweedie Edmund. Formerly educated in England and South Wales part of the United Kingdom, Bishop PJ has enjoyed a rich culture of ministry in the Pentecostal experience, which has guided his heart as an evangelist. Bishop PJ is an eleven (11) time author of Walk With Him-Managing Your Call to Ministry (2000), Leaders Today Principles of Effective Leadership (2011), Be Positive – Keep A Word of Faith in Your Mouth (2014), Failure Did Me A Favor (2016) and Don’t Judge Me (2018), to name a few. In these writings the Lord has allowed him to share keen insights into the personal and leadership challenges and prophetic calling that ministers navigate through their journey of fulfillment.
As the Prelate for Pneuma Fellowship of Covenant Churches, Inc., he follows a passion to coach, mentor and guide leaders and churches, with a spirit of excellence and preparation.
